Good and Fast Service = Happiness

I am not car savvy whatsoever. Up until a year ago, my dad took care of all my car needs. Now that I have a real life job and such, I have to take care of my car. And my little Rolla needed some new tires. Apparently I originally had some name brand tires, which were slightly pricey. Instead of just trying to sell me the same tires, Mr. Man who helped me (I feel bad for not remembering his name!) told me about other tire options that were cheaper, but the same quality as my original tires. I appreciate a business that tells you about all your options without you having to ask. I'm sure I walked into that store looking like a lost soul not knowing anything about tires (which is def the case). It's nice to know there are still people out there who don't try to take advantage of you even if you look like someone who wouldn't know the difference. They also had me in and out in an hour, which was very much appreciated. Good and fast service = happiness.

What More Could You Want?

This tire, wheel and rim shop is great! Last night I severely bent two of my wheels in a minor accident. This morning I called around to find who carried my wheels so I could replace them. 4 places I called didn't carry them in stock and quoted me at really high prices to order them. I found 2 places that carried my wheels in stock: USA Wheel & Tires at a very low price, and the other place quoted me at more than twice USA's price! Needless to say I went to USA Tires for my wheels. The work assessment and actual labor was very fast and I was done in less than 20minutes! The technician even gave me suggestions on where to go if my car needed to have the alignment adjusted since my accident may have damaged more than just my wheels. The guys at this shop really know their work, have an awesome selection of tires, wheels and rims, and are fast and cheap. What more could you want? Highly recommend!

No tire but No Worries

I had been driving down the 91 when I hit a jagged piece of metal from god only knows what, which totally tore my tire up. I'd remembered that discounted wheel warehouse was wholesale to the public, so I figured I'd check them out first. Less than an hour after getting to their shop I left with a brand new tire - but not a headache. When it comes time for me to replace my wheels, and yeah maybe throw some rims on, I'm going back there even though I live 30 minutes from their shop. I really appreciate never having to pay an arm and a leg. Awesome!

Smooth and Hassle Free

I liked this place a lot actually. The girl who picked up the phone was pleasant and efficient. Naeem worked with me so that I got a really good deal on the tires that I wanted and the entire transaction went smoothly. The process was hassle-free, they made sure I was satisfied with their service and their product. I picked out my tires, they installed them for me on the spot right away and that was it. My co-worker recommended this place to me and I in turn, would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Great Experience

I had a great experience with them. I came in to get some rims, and even though I wasn't sure what I wanted, they were patient and polite. The salesman who was working with me recommended these nice black rims for my BMW. He didn't recommend the most expensive ones, just ones he thought I would like. I got them installed that same day. The price was cheaper than anyone else around here and installation was free. They even transferred over my tire sensors from my old wheels. I watched a movie in their waiting room (had hdtv and directv), while I waited for them to be installed. Highly recommended!

One week later, no tracking number

I should have reviewed this company first. One week after payment from my debit card and no tracking number. I called customer service and after 1 hour on hold still no help. Stay away from this company!!! Use TireRack instead. I dont understand why a company would spend so much time and money on a website getting customers only to *** them off by not answering questions or sending a tracking number. If this company was on ebay it would have been investigated and banished already. if they respond with a tracking number and by some grace of God i get my tires before Christmas then I will post an update. Halloween has passed with thanksgiving rolling up soon.

Poor customer service

I have contacted them through emails and phone with no response order my wheels package and still no tracking number! was talking to a sales rep. eddie and he promised to send the tracking number and i will recieve my wheels in 10 days. well its been almost 10 days and no tracking number and no response!i tried to contact him with numerous emails and calls still no call back. they have poor custormer service, and for this kind of money to be spending should be followed up with good customer service. instead no reponses and no tracking numbers!

Sent defective rim and then charged me for a new tire

Purchased 4 rims and tires. Took 2 weeks to get but charged right away. One rim was defective and was leaking air on the inside of the rim. Too picture and video and sent to the "manager" at discount. They said that it looks like a defect and I would have to send it back so they could look at it. TIRE was fine with no problems. Sent back tire and rim due to the leak the tire needed to be replaced also. After they received it the had to send the rim back to the manufacture for inspection. I asked why could they just not pump it up and look at it where I had marked at and see the leak. Their response was " we are not qualified to say it was a defect only the manufacture is" in the mean time I have a car with three tires. Then I call back three days later and the rim is still there and they said that they found a "hole" in the tire and that I would have to buy a new one. The tire was fine and DID NOT have *** in it when a sent it. In the long run I had to wait 3 weeks for a new rim and was forced to buy a new tire. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They lie and cheat you and cannot be trusted. Customer service sucks and they do not know their product at all.

Same thing happened to me. I had my rims on for literally 2 days, i hit a BUMP and my rim split straight down the middle.

I called them and they said to send it in too take a look at it.

They called and said there was nothing they could do and i could buy another rim. Im going to a differant website for the rim where it is 100 dollars cheaper.

Very poor customer service and did not provide all the information required

I purchased a wheel and tire package and was not informed that the tps system was not on the tires. When I called back and inquired everyone from the customer service person, manager and salesman made an excuse and told me they did not know they were required. I was told to send them back at my expense and would be charged a 10% restocking charge. They refused to give me the number and address to their corporate offices and everyone was rude. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Buyer beware they are shady. Do not shop here you will be cheated and then they will not talk to you professionally.

Discounted Wheel Warehouse.. Buyer Beware!

I am so frustrated. this company managed to take a fun thing like purchasing new wheels and tires for my new car and turn it into a nitemare! I bought wheels on June 20th and they charged my credit card June 24th for a different set of wheels then the originals I selected stating this similar wheel would work better for my vehicle so I went with it. I waited for weeks with multiple excuses and lies including fake tracking numbers. Finally they shipped the wheels with no center caps, Painted inserts, or lug nuts in order to avoid the refund I was demanding. I cant mount them this way! They promised me again last week I would have everything this week.. Still nothing.. When I threatened to call my credit card and dispute the transaction they agreed to email me return shipping lables and they then will refund my money someday after they recieve the wheels back. Im still waiting on the lables and meanwhile Im paying interest on items I never recieved! Its now july 21st. I told Giselda I Bought my house in way less time then getting a set of rims and tires from them has taken..

DiscountedWheelWarehouse aka USA Wheel NOT worth dealing with

June 2011 searched online for a wheel and tire package. I finally decided on Discounted Wheel Warehouse and spoke to salesman (JR - Gerardo Cervantes. I placed an order for 4 wheel w/tires. Next day called back to change order but told a 10 percent fee would be included for restocking! Even though my second order would cost more. JR said he would need to speak to his boss to have fee waived and that would take half a day. I was civil the entire time but he called me argumentative. End of the day fee waived but still took 13 days to receive a tracking number for my second choice and 2 more to receive order. I was prepared to contact a friend in the Attorney Generals Office if they weren't willing to satisfy my order. When you spend this kind of money, you expect good service. I will definitely avoid this company the next time around.

I know how you feel. During my encounters with them I spoke to my credit union and was told - if they did not send the wheels within a reasonable amount of time, I could file a dispute claim against them.

The saleman told me I would receive a tracking number from 7 to 10 business days, so they were just within those perameters.

Your case seems more severe. Good Luck!

Helpless!

Placed order on 5/11/11, 4 rims/tires totaling $1499.00 which was billed to my account 5/12/11. The sales rep assured delivery no later than 5/20/11 and advised to call if I still hadn't received them. After at least 10 emails and voicemails by me I finally reached a live body today 5/24/11 who said "Oh yeah, we had to customize them for your car and they will be shipped out today". He then transferred me to his manager who of course wasn't available. Today I filed a complaint with my bank. PLEASE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Damaged wheels and doubled charged me

I was shopping for tires when a friend mentioned Discount Wheel Warehouse in Fullerton Ca. I called them and ordered the tires. I had to give them my credit card number and setup a appointment for the next day. I arrived fifteen minutes early and had to go thur the hole paperwork thing all over again. After a half hour of waiting they took the car in and started work. three hours later they drove the car around front and said it was ready. In the three hour waiting period I was told that I had runflat tires and they were having trouble getting them off. I told them about the runflat at the begining but I guess they didn't listen. When they handed me the keys I walked out and couldn't believe my eyes. The wheels and tire looked like someone had rub grease and black tar all over them. I started to wipe some of the black stuff off when I came across nicks and scratches on the wheels. I walked back in the office and asked to have someone verify the damage and had to wait another half hour. Finally the manager came off and I showed him the damage and his said that I was a LIAR and those scratches and nicks were already there. Now a month later I get my credit card statement and they double charged my account. One for Discout Wheel Warehouse and the other one for USA Wheel and Tire of Fullerton. Discount Wheel on the 15th when I was there and USA Wheel and Tire on the 16th a saturday when I was out of town. I will never do business with that bunch again even if they get tire away.

Totally was quoted one price over the phone for Discount Wheel Warehouse in Fullerton, CA Located at 1301 Burton St Fullerton, CA 92831 (7**) **2-3509. When I got to their store - they totally said they don't have my wheels available as they're discounted and offerred me tired about $100 more. What a scam at Discount Wheel Warehouse in Fullerton. Please Stay Away. Take Your Business elsewhere as in my opinion this was a total bait and switch. Based on prior review this company is not too liked by many other people as well. I think the prices at Discount Wheel Warehouse in Fullerton California is not too inexpensive either. Other Companies offer lower prices.

Discounted Wheel Warehouse

Ordered some wheels from these guys on March 18th. Paid full price for 4 NEW wheels and an extra $40 for the locks and lugs and $40 for the hub rings.The guy on the phone said the order will go out the following Tuesday or Wednesday and that I would receive an email with the tracking number. Well, Tues. and Weds. pass and no tracking number. I call and they say the wheels will be shipped out today(thursday). Still nothing. I call them back the next day and they say they'll go out today for sure(friday). Still nothing. So now it's the next Monday, I call and they say they'll go out today. This time I actually receive a tracking number and they do ship. Finally! This wouldn't be that big of a problem if they had said to wait a week or two to begin with. But when they say they'll go out in two days... I expect them to go out in two days. Moving on... It is now March 31st and I've finally received my order. Here are the contents of what I received: 2 new wheels 2 USED wheels 0 locks/lugs 0 hub rings Need I say more about this company?? I'm currently disputing the charges with my bank and this company.

Lucy- Look at the dates of the complaints and then look at the dates that "tony" and "joe" both offered to resolve these issues. I'm going to assume that Captor and Virgil weren't planning on waiting 7 months for someone to contact them here on Pissed Consumer and that their poor service issues have already been resolved.

And comparing your in-store experience with the experience of out of state customers that have to rely on the stores word isn't the same thing. Stores can't scam an in-store customer because you get to see the merchandise before deciding to buy.

Not so with out of state customers who have to hope that what arrives at their door (if anything) is what they paid for.

That's the sad part - I am one of their happy and repeating customers as I send all my friends and relatives there , they are offering wholesale prices , waiting area , TV , drinks , good service !!
