Ordered a replacement mud tire for my truck and received an All Terraine tire instead.. have been calling them for 3 days trying to get return labels and have yet to hear anything back from them!!! Horrible horrible service!!

Bad Customer Service is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!

Customer Service is very poor, they had me on the phone for over an hour at one point. I've called about 8 times and average 40 minutes of hold time each time that I call.

I called to cancel the order and was given the run around. Finally canceled the order on 8/20 and it didn't get processed by Danny Chacon until 9/6/2018. However I'm on the phone with him today 9/13 and it still hasn't processed. I paid the re-stocking fee and the finance company Affirm still hasn't received the refund and today is 9/13/2018.

Danny Chacon (Customer Service Supervisor) 800-901-**** Ext. 970 is the poorest thing of a supervisor that I've ever witnessed. I've asked to speak with his leadership and he refused to give or provide that information. This is the worst company that I've had to deal with in my entire life.

I encourage everyone to STAY AWAY and shop else where.

I'm still looking for the owner or the CEO contact info, if anyone has it please share. My order number is 221838, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.

They will send you damaged product and expect you to accept a discount. Don't fall for that *** make them give you labels and return everything back and get your money back don't waste your time! To even get a new set sent out to you will take additional weeks. Better yet don't waste your time. Make sure you tell them you will do a charge back to even get their attention. If you don't say you will take legal action they wont do *** Only manager is Sarah so don't bother talking to anyone else who claims they are a supervisor bc it is untrue. THE ONLY PERSON WHO CAN HELP YOU IS SARAH AT EXT 705.

Danny, Thank you for your response on 6/19/2018 at 5:30 EST to the one wheel not fitting. I did additional research on the manufacturers web page to locate a matching replacement wheel and found Wheel Pros. I contacted Wheel Pros and they confirmed the wheels listed on your website as compatible are not compatible with my 2008 CTS Cadillac. I will unfortunately have to return all 4 wheels and 4 tires to Discounted Wheel Warehouse. Please send me a return label for the additional 4 tires and 3 wheels (I am still waiting on a shipping label for the one wheel). I am requesting a refund of $1,237.30, the amount I paid for the wheels and tires. Discounted Wheel Warehouse should be more responsible with ensuring compatibility before selling the product.

Ordered 5/6/2018. Got the run around son when it was shipping. Today is 5/26/18 and after manager guaranteed he would personal handle I still don’t have my order correct. After waiting past the promise time and over 20 calls which take at least 15 mins and more to get a hold of someone they sent me the wrong tire size and lug nuts are not correct. I had to cancel 3 appointments and the shop does not want to bother with my car anymore for this. Now I am waiting on call back because I have to send back the wrong tires and wait did the correct ones.

Ordered Wheels and tires mounted and it took like 3 weeks to get to me and then the tires get here and the centerpieces for the wheels are scratched up because they didn’t wrap them up inside one of the rims called and text them pictures no one never got back with me. I had to keep calling for 5 days before I got an answer.

They only offered 20% off the rim and I received a check for $50. Customer sucks!!!!

They keep you on hold for ever more than 20 minutes. Never again!!!!!

I ordered 4 - 18” chrome wheels, lug nuts and sensors for a 2018 Sierra 2500. They sent 3 -18” and 1 - 17” wheels. They made me pay for another 18” and return the 17” and I have not received the credit for it. This took well over 30 days before I had 4 - 18” wheels to mount on my truck only to find the sensors didn’t work with this truck. After trying several garages to scan them, I had to change them. I then called these idiots and they told me I can’t return them because it’s been over 30 days!! WTF I figure I’m out about $600. I’m not a poor *** ant and thinking of getting my Lawyer on this to recover my losses from these idiots. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE MONEY SCAMMERS!!!!!

I ordered a complete wheel and tires set from this company. Unfortunately, one of the wheel is defective and ive been to four tire professional that all said the wheel is bent.

Ive tried calling and emails for the last 4 weeks and no one answers the phone.

I've spent almost 3k on this package and I'm lost m l ney dealing with this company. I am prepared to get a lawyer for this unresponsive company to get my refund back

As soon as they know they are in the wrong they will block your number, use a blocked number yourself to call and magically it went through. I had to send Paypal after them, brutal.

They lie, do not answer emails, you will wait on hold for over an hour. Not worth the $400 cheaper than their competition, spend more if you value your time.

Hello there. I wanted to wait until I received my replacement wheels and made sure they fit before I wrote this.

I'm sure you'll understand. On march 25th, I paid almost $1,500 for a set of Strada Moda wheels, and tires package through Troy. (order #90543) Two days later, they were shipped. I was stoked at how fast it was.

Your company was 100% in my book. I received the wheels a week later and they sent me Strada MOTO wheels, (wrong wheels). Ok, mistakes happen, weather was still kind of chilly, so I wasn't putting them on that day, but your company dropped down to about 75%. I called your company and it took me a day and a half to get through to somebody.

I spoke with a girl with a Spanish accent who was horribly rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing her. Hmm, weird. Company dropped a bit, but not much. I was told that I had to take a picture and text the picture to a number and would get a reply within 24-48 hours.

Seriously? 3 days go by and I hear nothing. At this point, I called back. Was on hold for 57 minutes and then hung up on.

I called two more times and finally got through to a guy named Mike Leggett. Mike, in my opinion, is too great of a guy to be working with such a company who really has no interest in customers once they get the money. Mike puts me on hold for about 15 minutes and comes back and says they received the pictures. He says I now have to wait for shipping labels to be mailed to my house!?

That's a stupid counter-productive idea that may take 3 days so I ask if he could just e-mail them and I would print them myself. He says yes. He then said the lady in the office would do that right away. I didn't get the labels until 24 hours later.

Oh, and Danny.....he talks a good talk, but he is the most unreliable customer service manager I have ever dealt with. He would say he's right on top of it 4 times and to call him back. He never answered, returned calls or anything. Mike was THE ONLY person there who stood up to his word.

So, after getting the labels and having to drive these wheels to the FedEx depot myself, I call Mike back. Again, took about 20 mins to reach somebody so they could transfer me to him. I told Mike the wheels were sent. I had a receipt with tracking number and all and ask if we can go ahead and re-ship the wheels I was SUPPOSED to get 2 weeks ago in the first place.

He says no, I have to wait until the wrong wheels get back before he can send out the right ones. Really!?!? At this point, your company is down to about 45%. I say OK, well, can you make sure you have the right wheel to send when you do get the wrong ones.

Turns out, while you guys were making ME jump through hoops for YOUR mistake, your company sold the last set that I originally wanted. Of course!! For some weird reason though, I was not surprised. I asked to talk to Danny.

Danny says that the company has a sister company stationed in PA and he would see if they could drop ship the wheels because I had a car show approaching that I attend every year. Not only attend, but participate in. I just bought my new truck and really wanted to show it off with some new wheels. Well, Danny, as planned, DID NOT come through and I DID NOT make it this year to the car show.

Thanks for that. OK, so, Danny didn't answer, call back, reply, e-mail....nothing. So I wait and wait until you guys received the wrong wheels. I was watching that tracking like a hawk!

The day you received them, I called Mike. He says the wheels have to be inspected and that Danny had texted the girl who does it to have her put a rush on it. Danny lied (again) But man he is a smooth talker, a true salesman! a day and half later, I call for about the 30th time and mike says we are ready to go ahead with the replacement order (Order #91143).

We had to choose a new rim because, you guys sold my originals. At this point, your company is at 0% in my book and I was asked by so many people, why didn't I just ask for my money back. It's because I read some of the reviews on your company. O...M...G!

Have you seen these reviews!? If i saw them before I first ordered, I would have NEVER went through your company! There is actually a guy looking to do a class action lawsuit! Did you know that?

Anyways, after seeing the 200 horrible reviews, I was scared that I wouldn't have even gotten the refund and been left without any wheels or my money. There was a guy who that happened to while reading the reviews. Seriously, you should take some time and Google Discountedwheelwwarehouse Reviews. Ok, where was I?

Oh yeah, we ordered the new wheels. Now, mind you Danny, Once again there's that Danny name, PROMISED and PROMISED that when you received the wrong wheels, I would be put to the top of the list of prepping and drilling and mounting of the new ones so I could get my wheels faster because of the crap I've been going through. Did that happen? Nope!

With the weekend, I had to wait an additional 5 days before they were shipped. LOL, that Danny, lied again! Danny should be re-assigned to be the janitor of your wonderful establishment. And if this is Danny reading this, I don't imagine in my wildest dreams you would even respond let alone try to make it right.

I'm not looking for any hand-outs though, just know, I want my voice heard by many. You could have a LEAST upgraded my tires bahahahahahaha. So I originally ordered my wheels March 25th, and I finally received the replacements (which weren't the ones I originally wanted) on May 2. I'm part of a big car scene here in NY, and I will never recommend your company to anybody.

I'm being nice by not even mentioning to people what you put your customers through. I've already sent 2 family members to a different company. Wish I could have made Mr. Leggett a couple more sales.

He is truly a gem shining in a dark company. So, that's about it.

They are the biggest scammers I ever met when it comes to wheels, that whole place should be locked up for fraud. I wish I lived closer to kick the *^#* out of them!!!!!!!

Dealt with Danny, Tryphena, Sarah, basically all of customer service. At least you received wheels.

I ordered on the 26th of February after confirming they were in stock on the phone. By second week of April they still hadn't been drilled. Repeatedly promised they were coming and continually stressed I needed them asap (including when I ordered) as I was running on winter tires. After hours and hours on the phone, false promises, no callbacks, no return emails I finally had enough and sent Paypal after them.

Ordered from a local competitor to theirs and received my wheels shipped from Cali to the northeast in 7 days....That included custom drilling, custom offset and hub size. With wheels, tires and tpms mounted.Don't shop here....

What a joke! I ordered a tire for my 2012 Ford Edge Sport. It said that the tire was in stock and to proceed with my order. 10 days later they contacted me saying that they needed information- TEN---- I gave them the information they charged my card. Another week went by and I had an email saying they were out of stock and discontinued but STILL charged my card. I have been going back and forth trying to get my money refunded and hold times are 30+ I am currently on hold with them for the fourth time and have been since 3:00, MST. If I can give zero stars for this I gladly would. DO NOT do business with this company.

I purchased 4 wheels and tires sept/2017 the clear coat on one of the wheels has pealed off and the wheel is corroding. Not even a year old. Sent emails to the company and no one will get back to me. Will not refer a soul to this company. They do not think about there customers after the sale.

So I ordered some rims and tires from this company. I was told that the rims and tires were in the warehouse and would receive them soon.

As time goes beyond what I was told, I called to find out what happened. One call turned into several calls over the weeks, with excuses after excuses about my order. They even sent the shipping company the shipping labels but not my order, not to mention the super long wait time calling any one. I finally cancelled my order and still yet to receive my refund, not looking to good as of now for that.

Please do not use this company or link to their financing company.

Their charging me interest for a product I don't have. Never again...
