Discounted Wheel Warehouse - Missing part of order and can’t get refund or anyone to answer calls
Not a good company to do business with. I placed an order in December and finally received it in February.
I took my wheel to have installed only to be told the TPMS sensors were not installed on wheels. I tried to contact them multiple time with no success. When I did get someone I was told to take to a different location to have them check it. I did and was told they were not there.
When I tried to call back it took three days to finally get someone and I was told they would send refund after processing it. Well it’s been a week and now no one will answer the phone. I’m looking to go legal with this and I have contacted ted my credit card company to dispute the charges.
I can’t understand how anyone can run a business by giving customers the run around and not answering or returning calls. A negative 10 stars for me.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $150.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
