I ordered two tires and received the wrong ones. I sent them back expecting an email or call saying sorry our mistake at the very least.

Heard nothing for 5 days. Good luck waiting less than 25 min every single time you call by the way. I call and the lady said the tires that were returned needed to be inspected before another set was sent out. Let me add i never received the tires at my home.

I went to the fed ex ware house and looked at them because i wasnt home when they tried to deliver. So it shouldnt have took that long to inspect. So another 2 days pass and nothing. So i call back asking whats going on.

At this point its pushing two weeks from the initial order. I still get the run around finally i cancel the order and ask for a redund because i purchased through affirm. Took many calls and 2 weeks before affirm was refunded.

Let me add if you need help when cv alling ask for Danny. He was the only good thing about this company.
