The worst customer service

It took 3 weeks to get the tires, I told them if it didnt ship on friday the refund my money and they shipped out on the following Monday and took a a week to get them they have great prices on tires if your willing to wait for them dont order if you nerd them right away or you will be pissed they are a tire reseller so its up to the people they order from so uou been warned wait time almost a month 3 weeks before you will get them

This company was great to deal with 3 years ago but now they dont sent out your receipt in emails Ive ordered my tires on 9/13/18 today is 9/22/18 my tires havent shipped I called every day anf and they lie to me stating they are shipping from the warehouse and my tracking number will be emailed to me. To day was the final straw the lady told me she would call me back in a hour never called back what type of crap is this tell the dam truth dont lie to your customers I will never order tire from this company again I had recommended them to my friends now im recommending no one order from them ever and hopefully they go out of business. I will be ordering from Simple Tire from now on. So you have been warned

Buyer beware

I thought I was getting a great deal on my wheel and tire package but they sent the wrong size wheels and I couldn’t get anyone to help with my problem. 8/7 – Order Wheel and Tire package online. 8/8 – Receive call that the wheels the site said were in stock are not and a sales rep recommends a substitute for about $50 more. I agree so I can process the order. 8/15 – Having received no confirmation email, receipt of purchase, or tracking information I called to get a status on my order. After 20 minutes someone picked up the phone. – They put me on hold. After another 20-30 minutes someone else picked up. I was assured that I would get an email the next day. I had them read me the address they had on file just in case. The email never came. 8/17 – I follow up with DWW via email. No response. 8/20 – Receive a text message from FedEx I have a package coming requiring a signature. 8/22 – Tires arrive! They don’t fit on my car. The original tires are 5 x 5. I ordered 5 x 5. What I received was slightly off. 8/22 – Email a complaint. No response. 8/23 – Email again. No response. 8/24 – Message about my issue on website’s chat and someone calls me. They state that they will email me details on “how to measure” and they want pictures to show it doesn’t line up. Three hours later I emailed them – on the off chance they don’t have my address. - no response. 8/25 - having received no message, my wife chats while I drive. We get directions and an email address to send photos. 8/28 - send photos - no response 8/29 - follow up with posted address - no response We are now almost one month from my time of purchase and I’m no closer to having tires.

I'm sorry that nobody ever taught you to complain effectively. Not once do I read that you issued a formal demand letter and served it via Certified Mail return receipt requested.

I see lots of calls, text messages, e-mails : all of which vanish like a puff of steam in the wind if they're even regarded at all. Worthless methods of time wasting babble. And the longer it goes on, the lower your likelihood of any recovery.

All of your documentation is meaningless as presented by your post. Nothing in writing, total deniability by the vendor.

Sadly, this is true. I would not think that would be necessary because I like to believe a company would stand by their product. Guess it’s a sign of the times that someone like you would find that necessary out the gate.

Worst Experience Ever

Placed my order on 4-5, called on 4-9 to ask the status, they then informed me i had to sign the contract, of which no one reached out to me, just let me sit in limbo with my money i already paid. Called again today (4-18) to see where my tires were since i never received an email with tracking, like they said i would. They then tried to tell me it was awaiting payment and that i needed to pay before it would ship, luckily I kept the confirmation number, email and bank statement. After I informed the customer care rep of my payment that was already made, i was placed on hold for 15 minutes, and after the rep came back to the phone i was informed it was ANOTHER mistake on their end. It is surprising they are still in business after the horrible communication and lack of common sense on their end. I will NEVER buy from them again!!!!!

Does not support customers

I bought tires and wheels from DWW for my vehicle. The wheels looked good and arrived in a timely manner, HOWEVER none of the wheels fit my vehicle. The center bore was 1/4" too small on all 4 wheels and the bolthole pattern was wrong on at least one. I took measurements and photos and provided them and a drawing to Dan, the Customer Service Sup. He said he needed to perform his due diligence and verify they were wrong. I am a Mech E and machinist so I am confident my measurements are correct. He promised to call back several times but never did. I gave DWW every chance to correct their mistake, yet they did nothing. Luckily, the credit card I used investigated the dispute and returned my money. But I will never do business with DWW again, and urge no one else to.

Mayhem chrome wheels rusted out in 2 months.

2 months rusted out and pitted. Went to a metal guy he told me the chrome was probably from china. I have friends with chrome wheels 2 years old and no rust. Wheel warehouse wouldn’t call me back on hold for 30 minutes or more 7 times. Wouldn’t do anything for me when I finally got hold of someone.

Terrible customer service. lied to me.

Needed a tire a specific tire for my car after a blow out , they said they had it in stock. I am in California and so are they, so I expected a quick delivery. It took 10 days and 5 phone calls. Most of the time i could not get through on the phone. They actually called me at one point to tell me it was in stock and would ship out and I would receive on a certain day, which was a lie. I e-mailed them several times with no response. I ended up having to buy the tire from another vendor because I didn't know if or when my tire from Discounted wheel warehouse would show up. I was desperate because I was rolling around on my spare for 10 days . It finally showed up and now I'm stuck with a extra tire that I don't need because their return policy is completely unreasonable. I should have done my research before placing an order. A horrible experience. I would not recommend them to any one.

Raggedy RIms, and refund ripoff!!

This company sold me rims spevifivally cut for my car.After six visits to tireshops, firestone, and a local mechanic it was obvious the rims were garbage. I put this rims on new and used tires they made a hideous creeking sound!! It sounded like the rims were scrubbing, as they wete not fitting. Ultimately, we came to the conclusion the weight of the car was too heavy for the cheap material used for the rims. All 4 of them!!!!!!! I have video. Which I will be posting all over the net EVERYDAY. Including the BBB!!! I also tried the rims that came with my car, and the after market rims with no problem, no issue. After bieng called a liar, and " tire problems" to blame. Discount sent labels out for me to send BACK the rims for "inspection".So then I spent an additional $60.00 for shipping. I should have known by the online reviews.. Discounted wheel warehouse stated they could find nothing wrong with the rims. As if anybody would go through all of this headache and for what??? For what reason??? Ultimately, only to offer me $252.00 of $600.00 that I spent. I have to say.. I lost my cool. Stay away from this place!!! Poor customer service. No Warranty. NO MATTER the issue you will end up loosing money!! I still have not gotten my refund. #RUN ...RUN FAST

they dont make the wheels there thats not their fault.the wheels they sell come directly from the manufacturers.if anything that is the manufacturers fault and even moreso your fault for buying *** wheels.do your research ***
