On November 21th last year I placed an order of 2 tires Lexani 235-35-20.The name of the Sales Rep was Rodriguez and the number I called is 1800-901-6003.

After asking the guy twice if he had the tires in stock since no one else in the U.S. had them, I went ahead and place the order. Next day, Rodriguez left me a voicemail. He said that he belives that I need 17" tires for my car instead!!!

wtf!! If I order 20" tires WHY WOULD YOU TRY TO SELL ME 17" TIRES??? I knew that moment that he was trying to scam me, so I called the company and he never answer. (spoke to several people and they transfered me to this guys extention and he never answer.

No manager to help me.

I read some of the reviews and I see that this is how they operate, they tell you that they have the product (which is not true) and then they will send you something else, Once you receive and SIGN for the tires you are F....!Stay away from this company!!!

Review about: Discounted Wheel Warehouse Sales Representative.

Reason of review: Scam.

Monetary Loss: $190.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Everything about them.
