Needed a tire a specific tire for my car after a blow out , they said they had it in stock. I am in California and so are they, so I expected a quick delivery.

It took 10 days and 5 phone calls. Most of the time i could not get through on the phone. They actually called me at one point to tell me it was in stock and would ship out and I would receive on a certain day, which was a lie. I e-mailed them several times with no response.

I ended up having to buy the tire from another vendor because I didn't know if or when my tire from Discounted wheel warehouse would show up. I was desperate because I was rolling around on my spare for 10 days . It finally showed up and now I'm stuck with a extra tire that I don't need because their return policy is completely unreasonable. I should have done my research before placing an order.

A horrible experience. I would not recommend them to any one.
