They sent me the wrong wheel. I wasn't mad, I understand mistakes happen.

I thought I would call them and they would send me a return shipping label and exchange it for the correct one, that is not how it went. I called them nine times over the course of four weeks. I talked to several customer service people who told me they could not help me personally but they were forwarding my information to the appropriate person and that person would call me back ,I never got a call, a text or an E-mail, after hearing this for the fifth time I asked for a manager, I was told no one was available but someone would call me back, but they didn't. I finally got the name and extension number of a manager and left several messages that were not returned.

Most of the times I called I was on hold for an average of 45 minutes each time and noboby has done anything to resolve the problem. I hate them.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Unprofessional demeanor.
